Whatever the job, Brodock has the capabilities to handle it. Heidelberg presses, four-color and seven-color presses with temperature control and aqueous coaters.

In-line aqueous coating now enable presses to turn sheets before they’re dry—helping us turn around projects faster than ever. Unlike traditional varnishes, high gloss aqueous coating is scuff resistant, non-yellowing, and environmentally friendly.

We can also run very fine screen rulings as well as staccato screening thanks to our ink sentinel system. We maintain total quality control as we mix and modify all PMS colors with spectrodensitometer readings in our on-site ink plant.

When a project is finished, it’s stored on a magnetic card, so print-outs of any job’s history are instantly available for future reference.
